Creating a shortcut to open, rename and save attachments in mails

Many of the emails I receive using Apple Mail on an iMac have attachments. I would like to create a shortcut key that opens the email and triggers the Save as function. My goal is to be able to change the attachment name and save it in an appropriate folder. Is there a way to automate this simply?
