Jul 6, 2012 1:05 PM in response to vietha85by KiltedTim,ONLY the carrier it was originally locked to can authorize unlocking it. When they inform you the unlock is ready, plug it into your computer with iTunes and restore the phone. You should see a message to the effect 'Congratulations, your iPhone has been unlocked'.
Anything else is NOT a legitimate unlock.

But I tested on the site: www.dev.mk with my IMEI. It said that my Iphone was unlocked.

Jul 6, 2012 1:44 PM in response to vietha85by KiltedTim,Did you restore the phone after you plugged it in? Your carrier should have sent you detailed instructions on how to complete the unlock process.
