Can I configure my mac running Lion Server to start VMware Fusion without logging in?

I currently have one of my VMware Fusion sessions set to "Start automatically when VMware Fusion launches", but I am wondering if it will start after a power failure if I am not here? If not, can I configure Lion Server to start VMware Fusion in the background at boot time instead it waiting for me to login?
