Yes. Go to Print and print to your PDF writer.

Yes, it would likely be a third party app. Just do a search for "PDF writer" or "PDF printer" or "Print to PDF" to look at some options.
Basically you want something that will come up as a printer when you hit print. But instead of printing on paper, you're printing to a PDF.

THat is. Otossible on iOS 5. Apple removed the ability of 3rd party apps to appear as printers.
