Q: Ipod is locked and wont reset!

Jul 6, 2012 6:16 PMby Kenichi Watanabe,Did you check the iPod's Hold switch, to make sure it is not ON?
If that's not problem, make sure you do a Reset as shown here

The nano has a small clickwheel (assuming this is not 6G); when you press the center button for a Reset, make sure your finger is not touching any part of the "wheel" around the button.
