Why does my link behavior target change when I save and reopen my project.

I have a link behavior on a shape. The source is the same shape's Filters.Insect Eye.Refraction and the target is the same shape's Filters.Halftone.Mix. However, if I save the project, close it, then reopen it, the target magically changes to Filters.Bad TV.Mix. This is ruining my project. Why is this happening?
