Q: I've just purchased and set up Apple TV in Nelson, New Zealand, and the main menu doesn't list TV Shows as an option. Can any help me understand and sort out why not?

I've just purchased and set up Apple TV in Nelson, New Zealand, but TV Shows doesn't show up in the main menu as an option. Can anyone help me understand and sort this matter?
