My iPhone 4 says I have 3g, but I don't have internet. I use Telstar from Australia (eventhough I'm a foreign exchange student from Holland). I got a new simcard yesterday from Telstar, but the internet on it is not working. I already tried turning airplane mode on and off, tries soft-resetting and I tried resetting my network settings. Nothing seems to be working. What could be wrong?

And you've verified with Telstar that data is properly provisioned on your account, correct?
I have, they say that everything is in working order. I can receive and send out calls and texts, but nothing works with 3G, eventhough it shows the logo.
Given what you say you've tried, I suspect a problem with the sim card. Before you do anything else, go to a Telstar store and try another sim. If the same issue, post back.
I will try and see if that helps. What should I do if that doesn't resolve my issue?
Post back using this thread. I don't want to suggest anything else until we're positive the sim card is setup & working/provisioned properly.
