optimizing a Mac Pro for Pro Tools 10

Morning (?) all,

I have added a Mac Pro to my home recording rig and have been using Logic, curiosity got the best of me and I picked up Pro Tools 10. So far so good, install was fine and I am up and running. I want to make sure I am getting the most out of my computer though, performance wise.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mac Pro>12core@2.4GHz>12GBram>2 1TB hard drives (1 system 1 audio).
