Fraudulent app! How do you report or get a refund?

Purchased dictionary of psychoanalysis. App is incomplete. Contains only the letters a through D. The rest of alphabetical entries are not present.. clearly this is a fraud. There seems to be no way to contact the developer. In addition, I note he has made several other dictionaries available in various technical fields. I am surprised that Apple allows these apps to be posted. They are under frauds and this should be removed and my money refunded. Unfortunately, this seems to be no place to make such a complaint. to make matters worse, for two bucks how much effort is anyone willing to put in? so this is scamming developer can probably pick up hundreds of dollars on a worthless piece of junk. Bad going Apple!

This site has detailed instructions on how to report a problem in the iTunes or App Stores.

Apple must get thousands of requests from developers every week to have their apps reviewed and on ocassion one can get by them. If the app is truly a fraud as you claim, I have faith that the app will be removed - that is why users like you must report the problem and that is why the support is there for you.
