'Damaged/corrupted download' message after downloading Garage Band update

i've been downloading the Garage Band updates(to add the complete set of Software Instruments and Apple Loops to use with GarageBand) for the fifth time now and still the got the 'damaged/corrupted download' message. Anyone, please help! Thanx a million

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

I got this Alert:

The version of GarageBand installed on this Mac must be updated through the Mac App Store. Check the Mac App Store to see if an update is available.
