I've tried everything. Went through Apple support, reset my Nano, uninstall iTunes and reinstall. All that happens when I plug in the Nano into the Mac, it just charges it. No device pick-up or anything on the desktop or iTunes. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
