Recent error "you do not have permission to access the requested resource"?

Recently our iPad 2 started to display the error dialog "you do not have permission to access the requested resource" whenever we attempt to display a video under favorites in the YouTube app. We've accessed the same content from our computers and an iPhone 3G and 4S, so it doesn't appear to be a YouTube or ISP problem.

The only way we've been able to temporarily resolve the issue is to reset the iPad, after which we can access the content for a period of time.

Is anyone else seeing this and is there a permanent fix?

Our next step is to go visit the local Apple store as the iPad is still under warranty.

Thanks

This solved my problem, Thanks SSA_VA! I am not sure when Youtube/Itunes changed this. My favorites used to work without me being signed in to my Youtube account. The last week or so, all of a sudden I was getting the "You don't have permission to access" message. Signing in to my Youtube account by clicking on the "Sign in" button on the top left of the app worked! I merged these favorites with the one favorite I had on Youtube already and now they are all working on my Ipod Touch 4g. Thanks.
