Using an Express connected to PC w Extreme. The express shows in the "multiple speakers" option in I-Tunes (along with Apple TV that allows selection), but I am unable to select it?

Is your Airport Express configured to join or extend the Airport Extremes wireless network?
You can power-cycle your devices, and consider changing your radio channel on the network.
