As I need to keep swapping docs between MS Word and Pages I am looking for a font that translates best from MS Cambria (Body). I dont seem to have that font in Pages.
Any suggestions?

Just use Cambria.
OSX will use all Windows fonts, except for PC Type 1 Postscript.
You can get all the Windows fonts by installing this:

I need to be able to download Cambria font and install it into the Font Library in OSX so it can be used when using Pages as my WP application.
