My iPad 2 was changed back to factory settings and we lost iTunes. We can no longer open iTunes and are not able to accept T

We are trying to re-load iTunes onto my iPad in order that we can transfer selected music from laptop to my iPad......after re-setting iPad to factory settings we no longer have iTunes. Does anybody have any suggestions......T&C does not make provision for acceptance.

iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1

Hi Ana, I only have iTunes U in the app store......is this correct.

My husband has iTunes on his laptop and listens to the music using the iTunes app.....he is compiling music and wants to send to me but he says I need to be able to log into iTunes to be able to do this. It requires that I accept terms and conditions but it does not give place to accept. We are new to Apple.....also have iPhone 4S but not Apple laptops.

Still not clear what you are trying to achieve...

See Here for putting Music on your iPad > Syncing with iTunes
