problems visualizing films downloaded from iTunes to Apple TV m

Hi, recently I have problems visualizing films directly downloaded from Apple Tv (iTunes store). Screen is blank. However, films appear in my iTunes library and I can visualize them from my Mac without problem. The Apple Tv sincronization with my iTunes library seems fine and up to date and I can watch movies not downloaded from iTunes store. Can anybody help me ? Thanks

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Does your Apple TV have an internet connennection.

Try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds, or resetting it using the reset option under general. You should also try restarting your router.

Check that the HDMI cable is correctly seated at both ends.
Try disconnecting the cable and connecting it again.
Try another HDMI cable.
Try the Apple TV with another TV

Still unsolved problem. Internet connection fine, apple tv reset and cables connected. Same problem with other tv. I can watch all movies in the AppleTV but the ones purchased from iTunes store. However, they are in my librery and can watch them from my mac (?????). Any other suggestion ?
