When attempting to upload new songs to iTunes Match, I keep getting error code 4001 or 4001; I can't update my library in iCloud and access my new songs.
I have same problem. Started with Error 4010 so searched the boards and found the option fix - tried that and now getting Error 4001. 😕
I kept trying with the Option fix and eventually it has worked for me now. For anyone not sure what this is:
Don't believe necessary but probably best to quit and restart iTunes between steps 2 and 3
Hope this works for you too - I did have to keep doing it (probably about 6 times) before it worked properly.
