how do I use the find my phone app
I downloaded the "find my phone" app and need to know how I can access it from my PC to locate my phone, which I have misplaced.

You're too late. It appears clear that you did not enable "Find my Phone" within the Settings on your phone. The app is for finding a lost phone, not for installing on a phone to make it findable.
