How do I host a small website using my Mac Mini Server?

Ok, so this might be a bad idea, but i'm keen to create a small website and host it on my Mac Mini Server running Lion. I'm in the process of creating a small bussiness and it seems sensible to try and host my own website... that and I like a chalenge! It might even be possible to just use the Wiki service? Is this a pertuculaly hard thing to do? I have a very very basic undestanding of it all...

Might also be nice to host my own email?

Am I correct in thinking I need to phone my ISP and arrange a static IP? If so is this likely to create any problems for any other computers on the network? Also I live in an old house with very thick stone walls so the Mini is currently plugged into a Devolo wifi extender, is this a problem?

Many thanks in advance for any help!
