nano voiceover

I have a 6th Gen Nano. The voiceover feature keeps turning on by itself. I can't shut it off unless i restore the unit to factory settings and reload my playlist. Anyone else have this issue or have any idea how to resolve?? Can I just delete the voiceover feature from the ipod?
