Q: why do my videos not upload to icloud?

I just deleted all pics off my phone and the icloude to get more room yet i noticed after I deleted the videos theyu did not upload to my photo stream why is that? and also why is it any pics in photo stream on my computer they can not be rotated they have that stupid lock?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

Photostream doesn't use videos.
