I have tried to rent the movie, "TheVow". I tried both the HD and regular version. We received a message that the movie was ready to watch so we clicked on to start watching and our 24 hours began, but the movie wouldn't, and won't, play.

I rented the movie, The Vow, last night, (Saturday, July 7). I actually tried both HD and the regular version. I got the message that the movie was ready to be viewed (both times), but we've not been able to watch it yet. I don't want to pay for two rentals when I haven't even seen the movie yet. Very frustrating.
