Hi all - I just submitted a podcast for review, and I wanted to know if anybody knew how long it would take to review? Also, I have not received an e-mail yet from Apple confirming it is under review, but said my feed was submitted already when I tried resubmitting.

You should have received an email acknowledging submission - perhaps it got spam-trapped. The fact that trying to re-submit produces an error shows that it has been received.
There's no hard and fast answer to how long it will take, as it requires human intervention to assess it, and it depends on how long the present queue is. A couple of weeks seems a fairly normal sort of time, but it might be less or more - which doesn't help you much, but that's all one can say.
