Q: Why is Siri talking for every touch also touch screen is messed up

My iPhone's Siri voice is dictating every move I make on my phone and also the touch command is screwed up. There are boxes around each graphic and I have to double tap everything. Also the slide doesn't work and can't scroll or slide to other pages.I tried restarting and even restoring my phone. What is wrong with this thing?

Nothing is wrong with it. You haveed turn on Voiceover in the Accessibility settings. Go to Settings/General/Accessibility and turn it off.
