iTunes Match help!

I've had iTunes Match for a while now. It all worked fine at first. The music went to my phone and it took up my iCloud storage rather than my phone sotage. I had to get my phone reset at the Apple Store the other day, and I have iTunes Match turned on, however it is using my phones storage rather then my iCloud storage. All the music I download still goes to my phone and my computer and stuff, I'm just running out of storage on my phone. What do I do? Should I just take my computer to the Apple Store with my phone and see if they can help? Thank you.
