Q: My ipod has been stolen.

I was able to locate it when they turned it on. But now when I go to find my ipod it tells me to add a device. Are there a way to turn my icloud back on or is it over now?

- It is over if the iPod was restored. It might appear again if the the iPod again connects to to the internet and has not been restored. It could be that the battery died too.
- There is nothing you can do.

Even when it was turned off I still could get the last place it was located when it did go online. But now I am told when I go to find my Ipod I need to add a device. ?

There is nothing you can do. If it connects again without being restored it will appear.
