By any chance do you have a link or a screen shot that we may take a look at?

I am not saying this is a perfect solution but, I am not seeing any way to set tabs in iWeb:

the other option would be to place you menu in your website as an image.

I re-did the menu in "text edit" setting proper tabs then copy & pasted the newly formated text into iWeb:

If you have MS Word or Excell you can layout your page and then save it as an HTML document. Then add an HTML snippet to your iWeb page, open the HTML document with a text editor, copy all of the code and past it into the snippet. That will preserve the formatting and alignment.

Another option is to use multiple text boxes. Might be harder to maintain than a single text box or image, though: if you add/delete an item you'll have to be careful to do the same in all text boxes so your prices line up with the correct items.

Here I formated your menu then added a shadow to the text which results in it keeping the format:

add three text boxes, one for each column; keep text in same font size.

add fourth text box, this is the master text box; size it big enough to fit the other three text boxes.

select the other three text boxes, copy them.

click inside the master text box, do a paste now you have three aligned text boxes.

I'm not surprised that you are confused by all these wild ideas and complicated instructions.

One of the most basic elements in HTML is a table which is, funnily enough, used for creating columns.

This example uses a borderless table. Restaurant menus are usually done in a different font style from the rest of the page so that's what I've done here...
