iTunes keep telling me error (-42408). any tips to fix this?

I have a main home computer at home where i store all my itunes data. lately the main computer has been crashing alot so i decided to switch my ipod nano's memory to a different computer. It's been showing up as error (-42408) every time i try to do homesharing. Do you think this is because my main computer crashed or because of another bug. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
