One user sees fonts in /Library/Fonts, one does not.

I recently installed Comic Life Deluxe which includes MANY fonts that are only used by Comic Life. After this, the user I used to install the app no longer sees fonts that are installed in /Library/Fonts. Another user not used for the install does still see those fonts.

Could there have been a flipped setting that I can flip back and be happy again?
