Enabled photostream, but not all my photo's are there?

The steps I've taken so far:

- Enabled Photo Stream in my iCloud settings on my iPhone 4s

- Enabled Photo Stream in my iCloud settings on my MacBook Pro

- Enabled Photo Stream in iPhoto on my MacBook Pro

12 photo's are imported, but I have more than 300 photo's on my iPhone which aren't synced.

Anybody knows how to get the other photo's on my MacBook Pro?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Photostream when enabled will only add photos from the camera roll that were taken post photostream activation. (Photostream does not currently share video)

You should connect your device to your computer with a USB cable and import any photos taken pre-activation manually.
