does not copy play list songs in song order
Your question is somewhat unclear.
In list view click on the header for the far left column (the one with no title) for manual sorting. All other columns sort by the order of that column.

I attempt to make a copy of that playlist on a blank cd
when that cd is finalized
the songs are not in that specific order
thus the cd can't be used for the songs are not in the order they're suppose to be
Are you viewing the CD in iTunes?
iTunes will show the songs sorted any way you want them to.
Click on the column headers with the numbers.
