I have an "E" in the upper left-hand corner of my screen to the right of AT&T. My internet seems to be slow also. Help!
E is Edge (or 2G) and is slow. You're out of 3G coverage.
I am in a location that previously had 4G. I thought that something was wrong with my settings!
Perhaps a tower is down? Try turning Airplane Mode On for 30 secs and then Off to force a reconnection with the tower. Also, check the AT&T coverage map to verify your 2G/3G coverage.
