Okay, so is all clear now or have you still a question?
Yes, please. I hit the wrong tab. I sutil have the same question.
Thanks,
If you are on 10.6 (click the Apple, top left of your screen, and choose About This Mac) download and run the 10.6.8 Combo Updater
Remember iOS is not technically on your MacBook Pro in the same way it might be on an iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone. Rather access to its apps backup is on your Mac through iTunes, as well as the ability to install iOS on your iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone is through iTunes. Mac OS X is the only Apple operating system you can install on a MacBook Pro. There are many Windows and Linux operating systems you can install, as well as emulators. But thus far I have yet to find an iOS emulator.
Sorry, can't see the answer to this. Would you mind posting again?
