I have windows 7 and iTunes 10.6.3.25. I am trying to install VoiceOver on an iPod Shuffle v1.0.1 it says: "iTurds was unable to install the VoiceOver Kit. An unknown error ocorred. PLEASE HELP!!! Apple, you have 7 days till I return it. Start counting.

Mostly your fellow iPod users read these posts, so threatening Apple here won't help. 🙂 This is a recent purchase, so you can talk directly to Apple tech support employees, using the Contact Us link at the bottom right corner of this web page. Under Contact Apple Support, it says
"Mac, iPhone, iPod and iPad customers within 90 days of ownership are eligible for complimentary phone support — one support incident per iPod..."
