Mac Mini 2011 with Boot Camp: Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?

For the MC816LL/A version of the 2011 Mac Mini (the one with the AMD Radeon HD 6630M graphics processor), when installing Windows 7 Home Premium by means of Boot Camp, should the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Windows 7 be installed?
