You problably don't have automatic downloads enabled.

I enabled the automatic downloads and then quit/reopened iTunes. I still do not see the two new seasons. They show up at the top under purchased when "TV Shows" is selected on my Apple TV, but not when "Computers" is selected.
In itunes go to store-check for available downloads. They should come up. If not follow the directions http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3951
No luck.. and the article tells me where but not how to sync/download the purchased items. I even went to the iTunes store on my computer to possibly repurchase them, but it says "purchased."

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
