After i select install and downloading then i recieve a nitification ( an error occurred while downloading ios 5.1.1 how can i fix it ... ?

Try to remove the current downloaded version. They are in:
~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates/
~/Library/iTunes/iPod Software Updates/
~/Library/iTunes/iPad Software Updates/
