May 12, 2013 6:18 PM in response to Blueberryby stevencarcia,Blueberry is right. Changing the extension from .caf to .aiff does not work. If you do not have Qicktime Pro, you can follow this guide to batch convert .caf to .aiff without quality and meta data loss.

more exciting, this guide also helps me to convert caf to mp3, wav, m4a, wma, flac and etc

Apr 17, 2014 4:41 AM in response to naljorpaby riapckiah,Renaming the file just change the extension rather than the codec, so this way doesn't work. QuickeTime and some professional converter are the best choices.
Except the above methods, i convert caf stereo 96/24 to aiff or mp3 in this way.
