Q: Apps and software automatically closed as if a virus or something corrupted and is happening to my iPhone too.

Apps and software automatically closed as if a virus or something corrupted and is happening to my iPhone too. I had complete reset my devices and I stared over we the same apple ID and the problem still, so I don't understand what's the problem.
