As a new macbook pro owner, I am trying to download classroom management CD with no success...what to do when the prompt reads access denied because of a need for highter level of acess priviledges??

You don't "download" a CD. Please describe exactly what you're trying to do, and give the complete, verbatim text of any error message you see, or post a screenshot.
I am trying to install a DVD program. The prompt reads...do not have enough access for this install...
Are you prompted for an administrator password? Are you able to install other software, including system updates from Apple?
I am not able to access and download a CD...access privilege denied...what to do?
