My ibook g4's battery is very bad can't hold a charge only lasts for 10 minutes only and it always needs to be connected to ac adapter. i'll like for the battery to last for at least 2 hours. is there a fix or something

Sadly your not get much life out of your current battery, unless it's a replacements that is not working correctly.
You would need to order a replacement. Ronda link of the third party solution seems to be a good choice 🙂
Then go for the new battery.
