Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My iPod was in a charging dock while I was updating apps and then my wifi dc'd. I reset my wifi connection, and then saw that the apps I was downloading looked like they were ready to be used. I clicked on it and now it's just a black screen. Help!

Can you delete and redownload these Apps? If nothing else, try a hard reset of your device as well. To do this, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
Otherwise, update the Apps in your iTunes library on your Mac or PC and resync the device.

Hi! Uhmm, I've been trying to do that hard reset but so far it hasn't been working. And I connected my iPod to my computer to hopefully sync it but it won't show up!
