Safari can’t open the page “http://+o{i/” because the page’s address isn’t valid.

I recently experienced this error message when I opened Safari. Not sure how to correct this situation, any suggestions would be helpful. My PowerBook G4 is older, specs are:

Machine Model: PowerBook5,9

Number Of CPUs: 1
