Q: currently I have no music nor any purchased apps on my phone however, when attempt to sync with my pc I get error message saying "purchased items on iPhone have not been transferred to iTunes library and should be done before updating iPhone." HELP
when trying to sync iphone with itunes for lates update I get message saying I have not transferred my purchased items on iphone to itunes library and this must be done before I can get iphone update. What do I need to do?
