I have just upgraded my PC to windows 7 32bit. I've reinstalled itunes but I can't download quicktime. I go into the option in the Apple site, click download and then get another screen thanking me for downloading quicktime but it doesn't. Also that screen shows a download button which is greyed out.

Okay. Fingers crossed, you should also have a copy of Apple Software Update installed.
In your Start Menu, click "All Programs" and then click "Apple Software Update".
Does ASU offer you the QuickTime Player as a new program? If so, can ASU install it for you?
Hi yes I do have ASU but I tried it a different way, by downloading to my Mac the installer and using that to update my windows 7 PC. Thanks for that advice if it happens again i'll do it using your suggestion, many thanks.
