My internet network is up and running. However, I can't get my Imac on the internet. "System preferences' seem to be conntected and OK. HELP?
Open System Preferences > Network
Select your connection on the left then click Assist Me > Diagnostics
If any of the buttons on the left are red, click Continue.
That should at least narrow down the issue.
