Is it possible to put one iTunes card on 2 different accounts?
I got a $100 iTunes card with my Mac and I won't use it all myself. Is it possible to put the card on my dad's account also?

No, sorry it will all be added to the account you enter it to, either yours or your dad's. However you could always "gift" items. see this http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2736?viewlocale=en_US#4 (see the part that says "send music apps etc as gifts"
You cannot give gifts using a credit balance from a gift card or gift certificate. From the part of the article to which you refer:
You will need a credit card to make the purchase.
