How can I download my Cabelas app from my iphone to itunes on my Mac computer, so I can download updates to my iphone ?

You can update the app directly from your iPhone. If there are updates available the App Store icon will have a red badge. Tap the App Store icon then tap Updates bottom right side of the screen.

There is no red badge on the icon. I am trying to update my iphone and it says I have two apps that have not been downloaded to itunes and I will lose them if I continue to update.
