    Reset your phone? Go into Settings, General, Reset. OR, plug it into iTunes, click on the iPhone tab that pops up and press "Restore iPhone".

     

    Rest your phone? Either press the sleep/wake button on the top of your device, or hold both that button and the home button for several seconds to turn the device off completely.

    If you mean reset your phone (rather than restore your phone) you hold the on/off and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignoring the off slider that appears first), then release.
